DAIMARU
DEAR ALE, MESSED UP
Well, the weekend is coming to a close and you want a couple of last cheeky beers before you stumble back into the working week, and we have just the soundtrack for you. DAIMARU come straight from a 1960s garage to the stage of Bar Open. They've had more line-up changes than gigs but the catchy three-part harmonies remain. Expect classic pop song-craft with a knowing wink ;) MESSED UP are Mel, Emma and Marc and they are one of Melbourne's best up and coming bands self-labelled as 'city surf/cali garage'. With their beachy vibes and memories of summer, this baben trio will definitely have you dancing and humming their tunes long after the hangover wears off. DEAR ALE is the solo endeavor for Arlo Cook. His sound straddles the middle road of rock'n'roll with a more subtle acoustic vibe. Arlo, Adrian and Andy will have you dancing around and singing along in a jiffy with their melodic guitar and pounding drums.
Doors: 7:30pm / Door charge applies
